How do I start?
Once you reach out to us through the contact form, we will contact you within 24 hours to fix an appointment. Sessions can be in person or online, as is convenient to you.
Sessions are for an hour each week. We don’t assign a fixed number of sessions at the start and the duration for ongoing therapy is decided together as we make progress towards set goals.
